If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Appointments canceled within 1 hour of the scheduled start time, as well as no-show appointments, will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur and will consider such circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy and authorize Aperture Massage and Bodywork LLC to charge any applicable fees.

Absolutely! While gratuity is never required, it's always appreciated. If you'd like to leave a tip after your session, you can do so, but please don't ever feel obligated.

You’ll undress to your comfort level, and remain fully draped at all times. You are more than welcome to leave on any clothing that makes you feel your most comfortable.

Removing any large jewelry and wearing your hair back can be helpful.
