When you schedule with me, you’re reserving a time slot rather than a specific modality.

I’m happy to incorporate a mix of techniques during your session — and I usually do!

After reviewing your intake form, we’ll chat about what you’re looking for so I can tailor the session to your needs. If your’e not sure, that’s okay too! We'll work together to find what feels best for your body and your goals.

Here are some of the styles I can use:

Deep Tissue

Designed to address chronic tension and restricted movement, deep tissue massage uses slower, focused techniques to target deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Ideal for persistent aches, tightness, and recovery from physical activity.

Lymphatic Drainage

A rhythmic technique that encourages healthy lymphatic flow, helping reduce swelling, support the immune system, and promote the body's natural detoxification process. Especially beneficial after surgery (with physician clearance), illness, or for general wellness.

Prenatal Massage

A safe and nurturing massage designed specifically for expectant mothers. Prenatal massage can help relieve back and hip discomfort, reduce swelling, improve sleep, and provide relaxation throughout pregnancy.

Table Thai Yoga Stretching

An (optional) fully clothed treatment combining assisted stretching, gentle compression, and passive movement to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness. Great for athletes, active individuals, or anyone feeling stiff.

Intraoral Massage

A specialized technique that works both inside and outside the mouth to release tension in the jaw muscles. Often beneficial for TMJ dysfunction, jaw pain, headaches, teeth grinding (bruxism), and facial tension. Gloves are always worn during the intraoral portion of treatment.

Swedish Massage

A classic relaxation massage using long, flowing strokes to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system. Perfect for stress relief and overall wellness.

Cupping Therapy

Silicone cups create gentle suction to lift the tissue, helping improve circulation, decrease muscle tension, and encourage mobility. Cupping is often incorporated into a customized therapeutic massage rather than performed as a standalone treatment.

Gua Sha

A traditional soft tissue technique using smooth-edged tools to gently glide over the skin, helping release fascial restrictions, improve circulation, and reduce muscle tension. Gua Sha is commonly integrated into a therapeutic session to address specific areas of concern.
